Though I was not in class for the peer review portion of this process, I still see and understand what I need to focus on when it comes to my revision. My biggest thing is focusing more on my achievements. I feel that my cover letter is used as a storyteller. I know a cover letter is supposed to be personal and listing off more achievements. But I feel that my cover letter talks a lot about personal experiences more than achievements. I do think this can go either way, and for this particular job and application it might be ok. I think this because all of the experiences that I have had directly relate to the job I am applying for. Along with all of that, I could definitely rearrange some of the details that I have in it, either making it longer or shorter.
